Hey everyone! I just got back from a month in Spain, and I decided that I've been carrying around this extra 10 pounds for way too long. I'm hoping that all of the motivational stories and the iPhone app will be a daily reminder to be healthy, not just for weight loss.
I like to run, and I'm trying to incorporate more strength training back in my diet since backing off of marathons.
