Does the time of day you exercise matter?

Today I wasn't able to exercise at my normal time, between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, I probably won't be able to get to my exercise until about 5:30 - 6:00 PM. I'll still do my normal amount of exercise, but will the time I do it make much difference?

No. Doing it whenever you can fit it in is better than missing a workout.0
