Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Finally got back to the gym after 1 week - Elliptical for 45 minutes

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and go to the gym.

Well I've lost 20lbs since June 22nd!!!!! I couldn't have done it without all of you :flowerforyou: I made some changes to my profile... I changed my loss from 2lbs to 1lb/week so my calories went from 1200 to1400. I raised my goal weight loss 1lb. It said total of 59... I just made it 60 :smile: We'll see how this goes. I can always change it back :smile:

    Yes (upped my daily calories to 1400 for a change)

    Finally got back to the gym after 1 week

    One less bowl of corn chowder...but it was SOOOO good.

    Stay within calories and go to the gym.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no, too many calories and no exercise

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? made good food choices until dinner

    What would I have done differently? made dinner too late so I was starving and made some very bad food choices

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and go to the Y.

    Ate right all day and worked out on the treadclimber for an hour last night.

    What would I have done differently?
    Worked out a little earlier maybe. VERY tired today from staying up late.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Make healthy choices and work out again tonight.
