Well here I am back again

Well I lost 35 pounds, yes I did. BUT, my gallbladder was bad so eating was a no usually. So had the gallbladder surgery and yay I can eat again. WRONG!! I gained back the 35 and more 
I was so happy I could eat and not be in pain I went a little overboard I guess . So here I am again. Would love some support to get back up and exercise also. Thanks everyone.
