    I would imagine all three groups are open to new members - just find the thread for the group you want to join and post there. (You can search for the group name in the search box for the message board, and you can find it that way). I'm a bit Biased, but Team Visualize This! Is a great group. :smile: You can check out the threads for all three and then decide.

    Here's the beautiful blues group. 0.38 percent this week! Awesome!! Way to go Sani for being the highest percentage--1.4!!:drinker: :flowerforyou:

    BTW our total loss so far is 0.54% So cool!!

    3PC really pulled together and lost an amazing 1% this week!!! our total is 1.28%

    It is great to see the dropping numbers. All 3 groups together have lost over 50 lbs. in the last two weeks. Way to go folks that is some serious healthy living. With the holiday this week could be tough. :noway:

    if you guys make the font smaller on your spreadsheet and repost it then it wont get cut off (it took me about 20 minutes to figure it out haha)
