burned calories do i need to eat more with exercise

I burned 433 calories I'm way below my calories limit does anyone have suggestions to what foods I can add. I'm full with drinking my water. Any suggestions for adding a couple of calories would be helpful thanks,

    Nuts, peanut butter, some fruit....anything!

    step 1 - grab spoon
    step 2 - grab peanut butter jar
    step 3 - insert spoon in peanut butter jar
    step 4 - have 2 or 3 spoonfuls
    step 5 - enjoy!!!
