Hello...I am new to all this diet stuff...?

Hi, my name is Kristen and I live in Mo. I started using MyFitnessPal and Couch to 5k exactly a week ago. I can proudly say that I have kept track of all my calories everyday since which if you knew me is a huge break through. I tend to start something (espec diets) and never follow through. I have also walked/jogged every morning except for 1 since last Wed. This is huge for me.
I am 4'11 and weight in at 150lbs, for most people you don't think that is heavy however my frame is 4'11 I am unhealthy and in a size 10. My goal is too eventually be at 125 but ha I haven't seen that number since before I had my son 7 years ago.
I have asthma so it is hard for me to RUN all out but I am so envious of those that do I wish I could I know I would love it.
My question for you is what are some healthy ways to boost your weight loss?
