I just got my go ahead from the doctor to get my fitness back on. Needless to say the last 2.5 months, my diet has gone kabosh and I haven't been inside the gym or outdoors much. I did continue walking a bit, but then that came to a halt as well as the doctor said that was a no no until he said so. Didn't cause much damage weight wise but food wise is another story. Especially when you have to depend on a teenager to take care of you when the hubby is out of town. I am SOOO ready to be back to my old routine and stay on track. I start training again tomorrow. Ick, legs, butt and abs are pretty much the jist of it for another 8 weeks, then I can go back to treadmil, eliptical, stairs, lifting weights and running. Talk about starting from the bottom up..hahahaha.....Anyhow, I have missed MFP and am happy to get on track and on no better day than BIGGEST LOSER Tuesday!!! WAHOO!!!! :drinker:
