Higher calorie Breakfast?

I am stuck losing weight on a 1450 calorie diet I am consuming the right amount of calories but the weight isn't coming off. I was wanting to know if a higher calorie higher protein breakfast is better than just consuming my daily calories. Any suggestions?

    Protein shakes are meant to supplement what you are not getting in your daily food intake. There are also some that argue there is a maximum amount of protein your body can absorb at one time...so your answer is yes, no, maybe....

    If you are concerned about a plateau change things up a bit. Try adding exercise or doing a short bout of intermittent fasting.
