Well.. with the help of MyFitnessPal.com I lost 25 pounds.. then I got cocky and stopped monitoring my food, etc.. and gained it back. At least I'm not heavier than before I guess.. but it's back to square one.

I did the same thing, except I gained an additional 38 pounds when I stopped using MFP.

    :/

no, that's not a typo. 38 lbs in 1 year.
  • It happens to all of us. I had lost almost 50 (I was oz from 200), got cocky and just started eating, just smaller portions or nibbles here and there (cause it dosent really wont hurt right?) I gaind 10 pounds back. I didnt log my weight gain, I really should have though. I was crushed, heck I still am. I cant believe I let myself do that. I have since lost 5. Just dont discouraged. You'll get back on track and it will be all downhill from there.

Was I the only one that thought this thread was going to be about big butts? :embarassed:

And I left for three months and came back 3 pounds heavier. Its frustrating, but think of how much more you've learned? At least your back!!!
  • Thanks for the support!
I've talked my wife, and one of our friends into signing up too, gonna make this a team effort

  • :grumble: Nice to see this post. I am back for all the same reasons as you guys. I went from a size 26 to a 14 about 3 years ago and now I am creeping back up to almost an 18. I DO NOT want to go there again!! Nice to know I am not the only one.
  • Me too!! I have gained back 12 lbs over the last + year, time to take control again!!

I know what I need to do, I just need to START !

    Best of luck
