Hi -
For 6 weeks I've contstantly loss just under 1 kg per week on the scale and also cms around my hips and waist. For the last 2 weeks the scales are stuck - I haven't shifted a gram but I have lost my usual weekly cms. What is going on?
This is really messing with my motivation!
Any insight and advice is highly appreciated.
