Starting Over

Hi Everybody!


My name's Cassandra. I have been on this before and ready to start again!

I am looking for people who are regularly on here.

I need to lose about 30 kgs. I already play basketball 3 times a week and my partner just finished his certificate in Personal Training,

I will be counting calories as many days as possible. I've started to learn more about my eating habits and that I am hungry mostly during the morning and after lunch i can probably stay off food til dinner. I have found this knowledge really helpful when it comes to planning my days intake.

Btw, lost 10kg before on this site so i know it works. Unforunatly, over the past year it has snuck back on again.
