Ready For a new Beginning!

Hi everyone! I'm a 25 year old Medical Technologist, finally deciding to get my act together. For far too long I've made my infamous excuses as sound reasoning for my lack of physical productivity. Either i was too busy with school or working too many overtime hours to properly take care of my body. Late night snacks and long hours in front of a Tv have taken their toll on my body. No more! I plan to fully revamp my outlook on life and really commit myself to loosing weight, the right way...and yes the hard way. I've already lost somewhere around 50-60 pounds from my highest weight and 23 of those pounds were thanks to the phone app of MyFitnessPal.
I enjoy: Yoga, Tennis, Walking outside, Pilates, and Bike riding. I'm not sure if the gym is for me or not but I'll be willing to give it another shot!
One more thing about me, I work Late night hours (till 3am!!) so that is always a factor that plays into my lifestyle. And i'm constantly tired because of it =(
Well before i keep rambling I just want to say that I'm always open to new ideas for loosing weight (the natural way), so please feel free to drop me a message if you have any suggestions.

It's good that you are able to have activities such as Yoga, Tennis, etc. It's really hard to pick up the pace to workout especially with the nature of work that you have but I still would want to give you Kudos for being able to shed some pounds! Keep it up and I hope you'd also be able to start going to the gym! That will surely increase lots of weight loss for you! Losing weight is never easy but the rewards are very fulfilling not to mention the huge positive impact of it to your health. Keep exercising and you'll be sexier and healthier in no time!

Thanks stef! That's really encouraging! I think i will do just that. Thus far i've at least kept up with positive eating habits. I just have to be more consistent with the exercise! One day I feel motivated and the next not so much. But i figure if i'm going to do the whole life change thing, baby steps are enough to start. ...and yes i'd love to be sexier hehe0
