The dynaflex is a gyroscopic orb that you manual spin using the momentum created through your arm movement. IT forces you to complete spherical rotations that can increase or decrease depending on your muscle use. IT essentially cuts and tones and defines your musculature. Here is a quick video of me using it. Usually I will perform the exercises until my arm cramps. It is a similar muscle contraction release as orgasm. It is intense. doctors and Physical therapist give it to patient who suffer from carpel tunnel or arthritis, reconstructive shoulder elbow wrist or finger surgery. It is quite fun. They even have a larger version call the dynamax. It is their core body trainer. IT is awesome hard workout. Require constant muscle contraction. Watch my video comment rate please. Tell em what you think about the product. maybe you have used one or seen one before.

Working in a Wellness Center, we use these for REHAB. Can help with people who suffer from tennis elbow and carpel tunnel, but for most we use it to increase grip strength after surgery, stroke or heart attack.
It DOESN'T cut or define your musculature. That's from low body fat percentage which this product has no effect on.

with the dynaflex you are enacting muscles along the tendons helping to condense and solidify the muscle cell fibers. During this period the adipose cells are drained of energy forcing new energy to flood the pathways of the muscle contraction. This helps to shed most of the excess fat of the arms and shoulders respectively. To say that the energy being burned could come from any bod yarea is ridiculous. Muscles have stores of fat(adipose cells) I have used it for a year, and my roommate has been using it for the last few years and his arms are way ripped. I use mine daily and I have noticed a dramatic increase in tendon strength and muscle definition. I have some specific exercises that pump up my biceps and have cut my forearms. when i use it with an attitude of increasing strength, I will push the rotation to my limit and perform repetitive tasks such as punching and curls etc and I have noticed serious definition when I consider there was little before. Tho I will say that my lats and pecs have perked up tremendously and you can even see the individual tendons with pure muscle rippling as I get the dynaflex going. Considering I have never been muscular in my arms, much to my chagrin, this product as toned and solidified and made dense my musculature directly attached to tendons. If a person with bulky arms and low definition used the dynaflex the musculature will stream line itself so that most of the arm is in constant use.

You get this with ANY resistance training.

Not if glycogen is still present in the cells.

No, calorie deficit does that. If you worked out and didn't have a calorie deficit or surplus, not much would change.

This is true, but fat is also stored above muscle in higher quantities.

Okay didn't want to quote each and every sentence, but realistically you get "ripped" from diet and not a "rehab" or "forearm and wrist" strengthening apparatus.
