I have a few special occassions that I will be celebrating for, and I intend to enjoy them every last bit - I guess my question is:
1) Big birthday curry on Friday & 2) My house warming party next week with my lovely fiance ...
what can I eat all day that will fill me up and be low in calorie/fat etc so that I can at least attempt to balance it all out... I will also be doing lots of exercise before and after too (to ease the guilt!)
