Where is the best place online to order a Polar HRM?

I'd like to get the Polar FT40, and I intended to get it from the Bodytronics website since it's only $115, but I found out they don't ship to Canada. Other places I've seen it, it's priced anywhere between $200-$400, which I definitely can't afford!

I didn't know where else to look, so I checked Ebay, and I could get one for about $150 with shipping, which is still more than I intended to spend but it's not so bad. I'm just very apprehensive about ordering my first-ever HRM from Ebay, in case something goes wrong with it or in case it's not the genuine product.

If Bodytronics is selling it for that price, plus free shipping, there must be other websites with similar pricing that will ship to Canada. Does anyone have any suggestions?
