Hey guys!
I am totally and utterly new to this whole weight loss business and i would really appreciated the support so friend me please!
right now I do 30 minutes a day on a Elliptical cross trainer which also doubles as an Exercise Bike - should i do more?

For a beginner, 30 minutes is excellent! If it seems to be too easy for you, you could always up the intensity but keep it at 30 minutes.0

APPARENTLY it takes 21 days to get into the habit of something. Whether its eating healthily, going to the gym or just making little changes. So 30 minutes to begin with is brilliant, when you feel ready gradually up the time by 10 minutes or so. Every little helps!
Even thought you're only doing 30 minutes you're still lapping all those that are still sat on the couch!0
