Hi Everyone...
Recently been struggling a lot with getting back on the wagon after going on holiday and gaining 6kg...around 14 pounds.
Every night I go to sleep thinking 'tomorrow I will do this.. tomorrow will be the day...' and then tomorrow comes and I revert back to my old ways. I am so lazy... and I don't know what to do to overcome it.
Has anyone else suffered with this?? I want to lose this weight and keep them off.. sick of feeling like this!

I can only speak for myself. I have to take a concrete step that gets me back on track. For example, three days ago, I started tracking my calories and I (re)started Insanity. This step followed 8 weeks of doing NOTHING. Just take a step. You can do it! How does the saying go? Every journey begins with one step? So true . . . at least for me.
I should also add that I have to get fed up. I have be to willing to change my habits. Otherwise, it's just wasted effort.0
