    I am feeling great! Keeping track is a wonderful thing. Now I have to go out and buy new pants. The old ones are falling off! What a problem to have! i LOVE that kind of problem. Now an excuse to shop!

    To me, that is the biggest motivator - the fact that I feel so much better. And shopping is a super bonus. I donated my larger pants to a shelter - I am NEVER going there again - and my knees thank me for it! Congrats again.
