Find consignment stores for good workout gear or "in-between" clothes. Not only can you buy used things, you can sell the clothes that have gotten too big for you!
A lot of communities are starting community gardens, which give people a chance to help grow and harvest fresh fruits and vegetables - much cheaper than buying them in the store. Check out farmers' markets, too. You can buy direct from a farmer/gardener and not pay grocery store prices.
I don't belong to a gym. I walk outside and do pilates and yoga in my basement. I've bought some pretty inexpensive workout DVDs on eBay. I never pay full-prices for new DVDs when there are so many used ones out there. Your library may have some as well, which you can check out for free. That way you don't get bored doing the same workouts every day.0 -
I shop TJ MAXX and Marshals for work out clothes to get the cute brand name stuff super cheap.0
