Overweight + 90 degrees + 80% humidity + walking = ???

Let's just say that I am walking very gingerly and somewhat bowlegged this morning.

i shower before walking, leave my hair wet, and the wet hair helps keep me cooler when i walk.
I do the same things for my dog, i hose the dog from the neck down, right before we leave, so he doesn't collapse from the heat, either. (yeah, it took a while to get the dog to like that...mmHmm)0 -
Ha! I am such a wimp. On hot days I walk or jog in place. In my house. With a fan blowing right on me. And a big old glass of ice water. Boring, but it gets the job done!0

i was gonna say a possible trip to the er if you got dehyrdated....with the humidity and temp you would be sweating buckets upon buckets, but hopefully you were consuming enough water at the time.....
