That splurge meal
Options
I don't get to go out with my husband to eat very often, nor do I make a habit of splurging on unhealthy crap food but tonight we are going to a place that is suppose to have amazing Chinese food buffet style or as a family friend calls it 'trough feeding". I fully intend to eat until I am full on lo mein, fried rice and various preparations of chicken. The whole thing is, I know after eating my "special" splurge meal I will not feel guilty or have any regrets. Am I alone in having an occasional splurge meal? I don't like to call it a binge because I don't overeat, I just don't give a darn that what i'm eating is unhealthy. Do you think it's okay to do this? It seems strange but once in awhile (one to two times a month maybe) that I just eat what I want for one meal? It kind of keeps me on track. I feel like if i never be "bad" that i'll fail on being good.
If you occasionally spurge, what's your poison?
