Help with additional Calories needed

Hi,
So i've been going under my 1200 calorie allowance, I've lost 9 pounds (i'm sure it's water weight). I've been reading up and taking advice from others and have decided to up my calories. So I calculated my BMR which is 1362 and my TDEE is 1973 (this is 15% already calculated). So i like to plan ahead and so far for the day i'm only at 1300 and i exercised this AM burning about 400 calories so I am at a net of 900
I'm really trying but I need help figuring where to get these healthy calories. I was going to go to GNC and get a shake but i'm confused if they are really healthy shakes or not. The good thing is my job is near a trader Joe's and Whole Foods so I can run out and pick up whatever i need. Any help would be appreciated.
