OK, so normally I try not to endorse products (and I in no way work for this magazine or its publisher) but I just bought a magazine called "Clean Eating", and I really, really like it. It's more of a mini-cookbook than a magazine. It comes with 4 weeks of meal plans, complete with recipes and shopping lists. It also has calorie counts for everything.

It's published by the same folks as do "Oxygen" magazine, which frankly I can't stand. Not because of the content of the magazine, but it has more supplement ads than actual info. (Just in the interest of fairness, and to prove I don't work for them. )

You must share recipes you try. I downloaded two from the website. I think I'm going to try the frittata soon. Eating Well has some good recipes on line as well, though I don't think I would subscribe.

I was going to try the purple-potato fritata tomorrow for dinner!

    Great minds think alike, no?

And yes, I'll post them as I try them. . .:flowerforyou:
