    1) Coffee - I drink coffee EVERY DAY
    2) Butter - I don't use a lot (rarely more than 2 "pats" a day), but I use it almost every day and I REFUSE to eat butter substitute
    3) Nature's Bounty - Fish Oil, 1200 Mg, Omega-3 - I try to remember to take it every day, it seems to have helped with my hips (tendonitis in my hip flexors, probably from cheerleading in HS)

    That's if I go input a meal and chose "all meals" and "most used". It's only because I consistently drink 2 cups of coffee 7 days a week. My actual food diet is so varied (I bore easily) so nothing really is popular.

    Oh crap...the one after that is butter. And then strawberries. LOL
