Today, I tried this and surprisingly it tasted so yummy!

1/2 can of tuna flakes in water
2 celery stalks (raw) chopped
2 tbsp of natural yogurt/ low fat mayo
pepper for taste
4 slices of Real Food Corn Multigrain thins

Mix the above, and store it in the fridge before consuming. I just spread it on corn thins, and the crunch from the thins and the celery makes this meal really satisfying

Oh the best part, total calories = approx 250!!

Sounds good - what size can of tuna do you use?

I often have the corn thins with grated carrot, tahini and tabasco - 4 corn thins, 1 carrot, 0.5 tbsp of tahini and then just bits of tabasco to taste....157 cals....

    Very yummy

The tuna in water light weighs 180gms with the water. Upon strain, its 130gms. Total calories is 129. I consume half each time, so that's approx 65cals :)
