Anyone dealing with this? I am and it makes doing cardio a real PITA. There are times when it doesn't bother me at all, and there are other times when I can't maintain an elevated heart rate at all. I haven't figured out what all aggravates it yet, however I do know that eating too heavy at once will definitely make it worse. Any suggestions?

I am not, but I would suggest you discuss with more than one dr the idea of doing low rep strength training (do 5 reps, rest 2-3 minutes) mixed with eating less and doing some basic slow cardio like walking.0
