Already over my sugar and all I had was breakfast!

Not sure how to cut out the sugar. All I had was breakfast. any advice is appreciated

Half of your sugars came fruit. If you're concerned with sugar, stop eating fruit.
Alternatively, if a doctor hasn't given you a reason to be concerned specifically about your sugar, you could just ignore it entirely and focus on your total calories and macronutrients.0 -
I ran into this a few days ago!
Breakfast was coffee, cereal, and a banana. Sounded healthy, but it had 56g of sugar.
I've since switched to black coffee. (-19g)
I eat 1/2 the amount of cereal (-12g)
I make myself some egg whites with chopped veggies (whatever's leftover). (+0g)
I find that I actually enjoy switching it up and getting creative.
A friend of mine actually eats "lunch" food for breakfast. (Just whatever she has for leftovers.)0
