Grape Cooler Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Large handful of red seedless grapes, stems removed
Basket of fresh or frozen strawberries, stems removed
1 banana, peeled
1/2 head romaine lettuce
Put grapes at the bottom of blender to create enough liquid to blend the other ingredients; add a little water, if needed. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Blue & Green Hit The Scene
Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce or any green leafy vegetable
3/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 apple, roughly chopped
1/4 lemon or lime
2 cups water
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Blah, I need to get back into smoothies again. I especially liked doing pinapple banana smoothies with mango tofu. Mmm mmm mmm.0

Not very original, but I made these 3 last week (all yummy) All measurements to taste and calorie needs
Fat free milk, fat free plain yogurt, frozen mixed berries, fiber (ground flax, whole oats, etc) dab of honey and packet of splenda.
FF milk, FF plain yogurt, 1/2 banana, dab of peanut butter, fiber, honey/splenda
Diet apple juice, fresh whole blueberries, strawberries, fiber, yogurt, honey/splenda.0 -
I'm guessing this is pretty simple but I'm just getting into the whole smoothie making
Melissa's Tasty Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredigents:
- 1 cup of skim milk (90 calories)
- 1/3 cup of stirred plain yogurt (45 calories)
- 5 medium strawberries (25 calories!)
- 4 packets (or 2 tbsp) Splenda (0 calories!)
- 1 cup of crushed ice (0 calories)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract (0 calories)
Instructions:
- Cut the 'stems' off the strawberries and cut them in 1/2
- Put all ingredients in a blender, all at once
- Blend until there are no big ice chunks left
Serving:
- This batch makes *TWO* servings!!
I've never had something so perfectly sweet, healthy, and yummy!!
Hopefully someone makes this and enjoys it as much as we did!
