Working out in Virginia - Goal 35 lbs

Tryin gto get healthier, lose some weight, and generally feel and look better. Goal is to lose 35 pounds by the end of January. Or +/- 1.5 lbs per week. And more than wight - shed fat, gain muscle and endurance and strength. I am a 38 yr old mother of 2 wonderful kids with a super supportive husband, who is picking up the slack each morning so I can go work out.

I am doing a local 6 week boot camp every morning at 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM and am loving it so far - hard work - but definatley think i will reap lots of rewards. I have no friends on MFP - so if you are in the same boat as me please friend and we can encourage each other.
