Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Elliptical for 45 minutes

What would I have done differently? Not eat 2 pieces of banana bread w/choc. chips, eat (almost) the whole can of planter's nut mix... Um! control my snacks!!!!!

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and go to the gym.

    No

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Didn't eat every five minutes like I wanted to.

    What would I have done differently?
    Put one serving of the sherbet in a cup and not eat out of the container. And not eat so much peanut butter.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within calories and go to the gym.

    Yes everything but the fat

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Worked out on the treadclimber for an hour and a half.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have made better food choices at lunch with the girls yesterday.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Only eat soup at dinner tonight and stay away from everything else. :happy:

    What would I have done differently? not eaten so many of my exercise caloreis

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and do 20 minutes of some kind of exercise.
