ouch

so i walked for 2hours yesterday and somehow along the way i pulled my groin muscle...is there anything i can do to speed up the healing process?...it hurts to even walk right now :ohwell:

    Rest is really the only thing for a pulled groin muscle. It's pretty hard to pull a groin muscle walking though :huh: Likely just a minor strain, but I'm no doctor...

    well i had horrible shoes on(not walking shoes) and it was on uneven ground =/ really bad walking conditions lol
