Exercise Suggestions with prior injuries

HI there...I am a big gal..pear shaped. I carry alot of weight in my backside, legs and stomach...I am wanting to find some exercises I can use to really target those areas...here is the catch...I have an umbilical hernia and bad knees. I am reaching out for ideas, expertice or suggestions from all of you on what things I may be able to do to work on those trouble spots. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I really need some help here. All responses and emails are welcome.
