How on earth does cantaloupe have 1g of fat in it? Anyone care to try and figure that one out? I can't.....

I don't think it does, unless you're eating a whole cantaloupe. I looked up two websites, and one (nutritiondata.com) said it had 0g fat for 1 cup of cantaloupe, and another (calorieking.com) said it has 0.1g fat for 1/8 of a small cantaloupe. That nutritional info might need to be changed.0

I agree. I found on another website ( calorie count) that a small wedge of cantaloupe has 0.3grams of total fat. Cantaloupe is 95% water, while the sugar content is only 5%. Calories in Cantaloupe, Carbs in Cantaloupe, Cholesterol in Cantaloupe can be found at http://tinyurl.com/yer5tfp0
