Ha, i kid. but now that you're here; i was wondering what ya'lls heart rate (resting/moderate intensity/all out intensity) is. i ask because even after 3 years of 5 day a week intense training mine is high. it recovers quickly, but resting is anywhere from(first waking up) 53bpm to (sitting in a recliner) 86bpm. any activity sets it skyrocketing (dog walk in the yard) 126bpm. it gets to 205 running sprints/doing insanity workouts/etc. arrhythmias run in my family but im hesitant to get am EKG done. so folkd, hows your heart rate?
Please forgive the flipping spelling mistakes, i just got a touchscreen phone snf havent gotten uded to it yet.

Mine at rest/sitting up is usually around 65-75, When I walk up stairs or do house work it is around 100, when I do high impact cardio its around 180! Im still trying to figure it all out myself!0

I'm not entirely sure what my resting HR is...probably somewhere in the 80s. My average doing cardio workouts is usually 150-170. My max is about 180 on my runs and close to 190 doing intervals on the elliptical.0

Sitting here at my desk right now, not having moved in awhile, it's 64 bpm. It SKYrockets when I exercise though. I have mild asthma, which I think might be part of it, but I had to turn the "zone" function off on my heart rate monitor because it would beep at me CONSTANTLY when I was riding my bike as my heart rate got up to 175-180. I could still talk and whatever though so I didn't think I was pushing too hard. When I'm just walking around, it's usually between 90 and 120 depending on speed and incline. Hope this is in some way semi helpful?0

Mines a lot like yours. Just sitting it has been between 60-80 when I check it, and when I do high impact cardio it can get to about 200. Usually it averages at around 165-175 during work outs. But my doctor says I have good blood pressure and all that, so I'm not worried.0

Your heart rate sounds like it's within normal limits for the kind of exercise you're doing. The 220-age calculation for max heart rate is very much an approximation. Many people have higher and lower max heart rates. If you have a family history of arrythmias though, and it's concerning you, then sometimes getting an EKG is good just so you can stop worrying about it.0
