My wife and I go to the movies pretty often, we gave the popcorn and soda. It seems that the only healthy thing they sell there are pickles. I know they probably have a ton of sodium, i just wanna know if their okay since were both cutting weight?

Pickles in general are super low on calories (like 10 calories or so for a full sized pickle). It still counts as a veggie. The only downside I can think of is the sodium, but if you watch your sodium on the other things you consume, you should be fine.
**Pickles are one of my fav low calories snacks!!0 -
Pickles are basically a fermented cucumber.
Fermented foods are fantastic for you and so are cucumbers.0 -
