Healthy salad dressings?

I have been slowly but steadily replacing the garbage processed foods in my diet with better choices. One of the more difficult ones of late has been store bought salad dressings (million brands all basically loaded with HFCS and refined Canola oils).
I love making a healthy salads but I am still hooked on the "Lite Italian" flavored store bought salad dressings - it just tastes so darn good and I have yet to find a tasty , healthy replacement that I really enjoy. For now I have basically been trying to use less of it, but I really would like to eliminate it altogether.
Does anyone have any good recipes or mixes for a nice tangy, Italian style dressing that can be mixed in a bottle and stored for a period in the frig?
Thanks!

I looked for several things: Natural, low-fat but NOT non-fat*, low-calorie.
*The nutrients in greens are fat-soluble.
Based on my research, there are only two options:
Trader Joe's Lite Salad Dressing Line
Annie's Lite Salad Dressing Line
Trader Joe's Light Champagne Vinaigrette is my favorite.0
