I recently got into myfitnesspal because I simply need some structure. My girlfriend will enter in what she ate over the weekend or yesterday and get upset at the calories. I tell her my favorate part of myfit is entering my food in before I eat or planning ahead. It helps me make better decisions, and you will view this thing as more of a helpful tool as opposed to a dreadful recap.
I live next to a golf course and the day I discovered I could burn up to 900 calories golfing for 2 hours was the best day of my life. Score! Walking, and carrying your clubs of course, for a 220 lbs man.
The point is to utilize this tool in a manner that is helpful to you, and find a physical activity that you love to do. Who knows you might actually enjoy losing weight, and getting healthy.
