How to Stave the Craves!!

Hi all!!

My biggest challenge with weight loss is avoiding those late night cravings! A whole day's worth of eating right and keeping active feels like such a waste the second I unwrap a KitKat.

But there is hope. I've found that when I'm SWD (starving while driving) I'll pull into a drive-thru. Even though I know it's wrong, it's as if my car is driving itself. In my efforts to ween off fast food, I'll allow myself to order and then tell the cashier "you know what? nevermind". I find that hearing the things I intend to eat out loud really helps me realize how 1.) unhealthy it is and 2.) that I really don't need it. Sometimes I feel a bit of guilt for wasting the cashier's time, but I have an even bigger sense of pride driving off knowing I made the right choice.
