Well I've been disappointed because I've been sitting at the same weight for a long time. But I do feel tighter, so I finally took my measurements and found I've lost 2 inches around my waist and 2 around my butt. I's not exactly a new clothes size yet, but the fat around my waist worries me so I'm glad to see some of it gone!

Good for you!
You'll find that the changes are so gradual, you need to keep track or you may not notice at all.
