Couch to 5k Program

Is there an exercise specifically for this on here?

    Running... I did this on the treadmill to figure out what speeds I was comfortable at and then added all of the walking and running seperately... then logged it that way. Probably more difficult than it needed to be but whatev ::shrugs::

    I created my own exercise when I was doing C25K. I think I called it "Treadmill, random" (sinec I usually added more than just the 30 minutes of the C25K) and just used the calories burned from the treadmill to fill it in each time. :)
