I am trying to vary my workouts and have several of Davina's DVD's. Does anyone have any idea how I can work out what calories I might burn whilst doing them?
Spent 20 minutes on my legs today (loads of high intensity squats) and 5 mins on my abs.

The only way I can think of is by using a fitness watch like a Polar trainer. FWIW, I burn an average of 350 cals during a 45-min Davina workout using Body Buff, Ultimate Target, or Super Body. Biggest calorie burner seems to be Brilliant Bootcamp from the Ultimate Target DVD. Davina Fit and 30-Min Workouts burn significantly less calories, but then they are shorter. I'm lucky to burn 200 doing them.0

20 mins of aerobic style workout is 120 - 180 calories. Agree max 400 on 45min workout. I'm on Intense and cant do the whole one yet.
Quick estimate say 10 calories for 1 min.0
