Gym with a cold...bad idea??

I have a cold...sore throat and a coug, but I don't feel too terrible. Should I continue my normal gym routine or take a few days off til I feel better??

    I would give your self a day or two off and let your body fight off whatever is messing with it. No need to stress it even more right now.Then go back in the gym and really get a good work out! Good Luck!!

    Speaking on behalf of your fellow gym users, take a few days off so that you don't go and cough on everything and spread the cold around....I'm a huge believer that if you are sick, stay home if you can.
  • Yeah I guess you're right. I just felt guilty skipping the gym since I don't really feel that bad. I wouldn't want to be working out next to a coughing germy person if I wasn't sick. I'll do a little something at home if I feel up for it. Thanks for the input!! :)
