I had my son 3 months ago and I don't have the time or energy to work out:(

Start small. Take him for nice walks during the day, do some push-ups, squats, sit-ups, etc. when he goes down for a nap. No one says you have to go all out all at once. And being a new mom is very tiring, your body is re-adjusting and you have a baby to look after.
