Let me read your horror stories! heres mine: my FIL wanted to buy a car from us. he called ME asking for the keys, as he was buying a new motor for the car the next day....despite having no money to buy the car itself. i asked when he could mske payments, he callefd me a B**** woman and said it was none of my business. my hubby and i went over after work. i got called a C,B, and WH.... and my hubby was told to learn to control "his woman".FIL pitches a hissy fit and tells us to get our project cars out of his harage. we did. we have all titles in our name and have for years.....hes saying we stole 3 of his.vehicles. That was 6 months aho. we havent spiken sonce, but bro in law continues telling us that now.... dix months later....he wants to report "stolen" cars

I have been told by my inlaws
"We would never be friends if you didn't marry into my family. You are too high maintence(sp?)" umm :huh: cuz I wear makeup and curl my hair? ok then.

In regards to my step son's 'issues' "He was doing just fine until YOU (me) had to go and have a baby, then he went all to hell".. (my step son was the one to stand up for me and say "Amber has always been there for me, my choices are my own, you need to check yourself please")

After doing a 5K for charity in another town and coming home to find that the mother of the friend's house my son spent the night at had brought him to my in laws without me knowing because my FIL didn't call me and driving all over the world to find my boy the FIL says "You know Amber, if you spent some time with your kid instead of running around with your friends this kind of stuff wouldn't happen" :laugh: no... I was doing a race for breast cancer and he wanted to stay at a friends for the night... this never would have happened if you would learn to use a phone... asshat.

OoOoOh there are sooo many more but since I absolutely adore my husband and we have a great relationship, I b*tch about the crap I deal with and move on... :laugh: The things we do for love!

Best in laws ever. They tell my boyfriend how lucky he is to have me all the time. They side with me over him and they buy me better Christmas gifts than they do for him hehe
