Hi there! We are past mid-week and almost to the weekend. Hang in there! YOU can do anything you set your mind to, including sticking with us here for our challenge. It will be worth it!

So, I hate doing this but I counted housework as exercise yesterday. Since no one thought to do the laundry while I was gone last weekend it had piled up a bit and I had LOTS to do. I've got a few friends coming over tomorrow night so I need to finish cleaning today but I'll do something more formal in addition to the cleaning today. I did get my water and vitamins & meds in. I think my weight is up AGAIN ~ talk about a yo-yo ~ so I made my charts for the next 2 weeks and really upped my expectations. I have to ride my bike or do a dvd or show AND do some sort of weights workout, I have to drink my water AND take my vitamins & meds, and I have to track ALL of my food in the food journal. I will have a food journal blank on March 13th as we are driving to Vegas that day for the weekend but I'll have to get it done every other day. I've got to do something to get moving in the downward direction again... hope this helps!

+++POSITIVE THOUGHTS+++!!! :flowerforyou:

That's a lot Niccole! I have to do weights today as well

Yesterday I did about an hour walk and 35 minutes on the elliptical. I also did our taxes. Not exercise, I know, but I am glad to get them done (except for one more form we are waiting for :grumble: ).

I need to get some yard work in this weekend. Hopefully on Saturday. We may not have snow, but we have year-round weeds.

Today is my weights class and spinning for a total of 1 hr 45. Also, I'll try to walk to the gym and back. . .but it's 3 degrees (F) today. I told my husband that was "eff, eff, eff" I may very well end up on the bus (or a frozen V-sicle halfway to the gym).

Aw, Mary. . .what's better than a kitten on your shoulder? Niccole, you are a powerhouse. I don't think that you need to worry about not "oficially" working out with all that housework. At least somedays. . .

    Take care of yourselves, ladies.:flowerforyou:

Good morning all!! I'm back  Meeting went better than expected yesterday. Didn't count calories though, kinda behaved!! Well, I feel a lot better today than I did earlier this week. Am so glad that I didn't allow myself to get derailed. I might have stalled out on the tracks for a little bit, but I didn't completely give up - would have before. Thanks to my MFP friends  Got up this a.m. and did 20 min cardio work out and 20 min strength training. Need to get the new dvd/vcr hooked up so I can start using some of the tapes I have sitting around! Happy Thurs. all!

went for a walk this morning 1hr.
Elliptical straights after 35 mins with and intensive 1 min at 3 9 13 19 23 29 33 I can only manage to do 1 min intensive otherwise my lungs hurt with my asthma maybe the more I do it I will be able to increase my intensive min to 2 min.

Went shopping parked out of town so we had a ten min walk up and down a steep hill.

Walked to pick my son from school 30 mins.

My daughter is such a trooper You may notice we do a lot of walking I have one in a pram my nearly 3yr old walks with me sometimes she runs to keep up and you know she never complains we just chat about what we can see. She always has a healthy snack after our walks I don't want to make her ill. I hope that being used to walking will set her up for a healthy childhood and continue into adulthood. It makes me sick the amount of people that drive to the school from our estate it takes 15min each way I am sure it takes that long by the time they get in the car park etc. our walks save fuel (which is money) and its our bit to save the planet amongst other things.

    Have a gr8 Thursday all.

Good morning everyone! Trying to find a local gym here -- if not it will be 40 minutes of hotel room yoga!

WOW! You all are amazing :flowerforyou:
What a great example you are setting; keep raising the bar!

Hour in the weight room this morning, hour on gazelle (single digits here all day too so I am dying to get outside).

My next big sacrifice is all pastas beginning on Saturday, so I pigged out on mac & cheese with my son tonight

    Keep it up!
    Arianne
