So im looking to see everybodys thoughts on how to look thinner for the starting of school. Yes. im in high school and i start in FOUR days. im not necessarily trying to lose a ton of weight in four days cause thats not healthy, just trying to look a little thinner. I am the kind of person that loses inches rather then pounds. So any suggestions on what type of clothes i should wear? Or any changes in my diet? Anything will help. Thank you(:

Clothing is the only thing that will help in just four days. Just type "how to dress to look slimmer" in a Google search for some ideas.0

Well, the only real tips I can give are to find clothes that fit and aren't overly tight so they show unsightly bulges or muffin tops. But also to avoid baggy clothing that makes you look like you are wearing oceans of cloth. Find pants that mold to you, and shirts that fit without constricting you.
As to STAYING and GETTING thin, I find school time to be easier (but then again, I'm older and in college). The routine of classes actually helps me keep my eating on a schedule. Remember to eat breakfast and don't give me that "but I have to get up so early." BS. I got 8am classes and have a 45 minute drive to GET there and I STILL eat something every morning.0 -
oh young one, take care you do NOT starve your young self or any such thing, in next four days. It's always a lil exciting a lil uncertain at beginning of school year.
What to wear?
i say a smile, big bright confident smile. well, er, yeah, some clothes, too. lol. HOPE THE SCHOOL YEAR GOES GREAT FOR YOU!0
