recovery products after exersize any good?

ok so ive started using sports beans before exersize and i find it helps me but wondered whether i should start using recovery shakes or wtever - hopefully theres something other like shakes like a bar or gel or something but want to know wt it actaully does and wether its worth it?

im 5'5 and weigh 147lb and want to loose weight - will recovery products have accessive carbs/cals/

oh and i exersize every day hard for an hour

    meh. just eat the appropriate macros during the day and you're fine.

    This. you have 24-48 hrs to recover, and food works just fine.
