I know it sounds stupid, but I am so totally addicted to pb&j!!!! I eat 1-2 sandwhiches a day!!!! I want to cut it down or cut it out!!! Ya and to make it worse I have to eat it on white bread and regular jam... So I need to fig out how to get rid of it! LOL So, what food are you completely addicted to and what did you do to cut it down or cut it out?

Try buying low calories whole grain bread, the good jelly that is made with real berries, and the reduced fat peanut butter. Fllow the serving sizes and each sandwich is 160 calories and you're getting 3 blocks off of the food pyramid0
