I love MFP so far!! I had never heard about it until 3 days ago in a FB post where a friend mentioned losing 19 lbs and she was already pretty skinny/average to begin with so I thought I'd give it a try.
Looking for friends to help keep me motivated, share ideas on food/workouts and to help me navigate through this site so there isn't anything good I'm missing out on.
P.S. I have already found that keeping a food journal is a great way to be accountable
